Today children are struggling with anxiety more now then ever before. It is no longer just a teen or adult problem.
Kids suffering with anxiety can have a hard time getting to sleep. You can help them with these scriptures.
They are a great coping tool that children can put in their coping toolboxes, to help beat anxiety when it arises in their day and nights so that it doesn't rob their sleep.

Don't worry about anything; instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

I pray that God, the source of hope will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.
